Philly-Area Schools Rank High in Statewide Elementary Rankings for 2025
U.S. News & World Report released its 2025 rankings of the best elementary schools in Pennsylvania, with Pleasant Valley Elementary School taking the top spot. Numerous Philadelphia-area schools also ranked highly. Out of over 2,100 elementary schools in PA, Upper Merion Area elementary schools Candlebrook, Caley, Roberts, Bridgeport, and Gulph ranked 91st, 174th, 279th, 521st, and 729th respectively.
Montgomery County Boasts 81.5% Turnout and Safe Election Process
Montgomery County celebrated a successful election with record voter turnout and strong security measures. Officials highlighted an 81.5% voter turnout and the implementation of advanced cybersecurity protections that thwarted over one million cyberattacks. Leaders reaffirmed their commitment to inclusivity, respect, and progress, vowing to ensure Montgomery County remains a welcoming and secure community for all residents.
