  • Active Listings: 48

  • In December 2024, there were 73 active listings, reflecting a 17% decrease from November 2024

• 📍Bridgeport Borough:

  • Active Listings: 16

• 📍West Conshohocken:

  • Active Listings: 2

💡 What This Means:
The number of homes on the market has decreased across Upper Merion, Bridgeport, and West Conshohocken, indicating a tightening inventory. This could make it a great time for sellers to list their homes and a competitive market for buyers.
